Entity disclosure
No separate foundation exists yet.
The LLC acts as organizer, interim custodian, funder, and operator. It does not own a foundation. Incorporator applies only if executed filings name it.
Custody describes internal stewardship, not a legal trust unless counsel creates one. This site does not transfer title or confer tax-exempt status.
Funds during formation
Commercial work and charitable support remain separate.
The LLC may enter commercial contracts and sponsorships in its own name. Those payments are not charitable donations.
Charitable support during transition requires an approved fiscal sponsor shown as the recipient. No donation button is active.

Source availability does not grant a trademark license. Project and institutional names, symbols, and visual identities are governed separately from code. Use must not imply sponsorship, certification, tax status, or official release authority.
Privacy and disclaimer
The static site has no accounts, forms, analytics, advertising, trackers, or externally hosted fonts. The hosting provider may process ordinary request metadata under its own policy.
