# Hyphae Research Foundation identity

## Concept

The mycelial H is formed by four hyphae growing from independent terminal
nodes toward one shared center. Their negative space resolves into an H while
the clay branches record connection, memory, and exchange. It is the
institutional mark for Hyphae Research Foundation, not a replacement for the Hyphae
product mark.

Never rely on color alone to communicate project or evidence status.

## Typography

The identity has no externally hosted font dependency.

- Editorial: Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif.
- Interface: Inter when self-hosted, then the operating-system sans stack.
- Evidence: the operating-system monospace stack.

Serif introduces a proposition. Sans explains it. Monospace identifies the
evidence, date, version, status, or source.

## Clear space and minimum size

Keep clear space equal to the diameter of the mark's central node around the
complete lockup. Use the symbol no smaller than 16 CSS pixels. Use the horizontal
lockup no smaller than 150 CSS pixels wide.

## Do not

- remove a terminal node, close an open counterform, or merge the branches;
- recolor individual parts outside the approved combinations;
- add gradients, shadows, glow, rotation, or three-dimensional effects;
- put the mark over a busy image;
- combine the institutional seal with a product name;
- imply incorporation, tax status, endorsement, certification, or official
  project status.

## Current rights status

This is a working identity for a foundation in formation. Celiums Solutions
LLC is the organizer, interim custodian, funder, and operator, and an
incorporator only if formation filings name it. Current legal title remains
with the identified holder until a written transfer is executed
and accepted. The LLC does not own the future foundation. See the site's Legal
